Provide primary support to customers on a variety of technical issues while helping meet their immediate business needs
Handle acceptable number of customer calls per shift while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
Assemble, install, configure, and test equipment
Surveying/installation of customers networking solutions
Train end users on new equipment
Provide on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic equipment, digital copiers, and network hardware
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NEEDED
Technical Associates degree preferred or comparable work experience
Experience repairing electronic equipment, digital copiers, network hardware and cabling a plus
Strong interest or entry-level experience in information technology
Passionate about exploring and adopting new technologies
Critical thinking skills specifically used towards understanding the best use of resources and resolving customer issues to meet the customers expectation
